Balkees is a foreign language graduate with a strong interest in the rule of law and human rights. She speaks four languages and has over five years of experience working in the development and humanitarian field in different capacities. She holds an MA in human rights and has experience conducting socio-legal research. Balkees is passionate about using her language skills, her experience in the development and humanitarian field, her wide knowledge of the Libyan context, and her research skills to help strengthen the rule of law in Libya.
