Huda completed her PhD on &#8216;The Unconscionability Doctrine in Electronic Standard Form Contracting&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her PhD, she worked as a Post Graduate Teaching Assistant in Administrative and Constitutional Law at the School of Law, Exeter University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is now building and managing the Intellectual Property Department in Itkan. She is involved in vital advisory cases and working with the IOM UN Migration as a Trainer, delivering training on Labour Migration Governance in Libya.
