Dr Huda is a Partner, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Tripoli University, and a legal researcher with 20 years of experience with legal research concerning Libya and the UK. Huda completed her PhD on ‘The Unconscionability Doctrine in Electronic Standard Form Contracting’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During her PhD, she worked as a Post Graduate Teaching Assistant in Administrative and Constitutional Law at the School of Law, Exeter University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is now building and managing the Intellectual Property Department in Itkan. She is involved in vital advisory cases and working with the IOM UN Migration as a Trainer, delivering training on Labour Migration Governance in Libya.
