Changes of Names & Addresses
To make an official change to the name, address in Libya, please provide us with a certificate of change of name/address:
- as well as your Trade Licence/Commercial Registration Certificate (for corporate entities) or National Identity Card/Passport (for physical persons); and
- a Power of Attorney. Each of these latter two documents must be legalised by the Libyan Consulate in your country.
Price
We charge a fixed fee of €150 to change a name or address. This fee covers:
- Filing the relevant application
- Administrative and governmental fees and taxes
- Document translation
- Courier fees (for return only).

Assignments
To make an assignment in Libya, please provide us with your signed and sealed deed of assignment, as well as:
- your Trade Licence/Commercial Registration Certificate (for corporate entities) or National Identity Card/Passport (for physical persons); and
- a Power of Attorney. Each of these latter two documents must be legalised by the Libyan Consulate in your country.
