Aflah Abulghasem

Notary public and legal advisor awarded an LLB from the University of Tripoli in 1993. He, since 1997, works in the profession of contract law, the establishment of Libyan and foreign companies, branches, commercial agencies, real estate contracts, and filing foreign investment applications. He also well-drafted and notarized the articles of incorporation for a number of political parties in Libya.

He held and is still the position of the chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Notary Public Association in Tripoli. He is also a member of the Committee of the E-Database for Registration of Companies in the Ministry of Economy and Trade in the State of Libya.

He has participated in providing several courses and training in contracts and companies establishment in association with the National Program for Small and Medium Enterprises of Libya under the Ministry of Economy supervision.

In Addition, he is also a member of the Committee Facilitating business in Libya as a program between the French Experts Organization and Libya that is funded by the European Union. He has been a member of the committee preparing the guidebook for contract editors in the State of Libya.
