Dr Huda is a Partner, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Tripoli University, and a legal researcher with 20 years of experience with legal research concerning Libya and the UK. Huda completed her PhD on ‘The Unconscionability Doctrine in Electronic Standard Form Contracting’.
During her PhD, she worked as a Post Graduate Teaching Assistant in Administrative and Constitutional Law at the School of Law, Exeter University.
She is now building and managing the Intellectual Property Department in Itkan. She is involved in vital advisory cases and working with the IOM UN Migration as a Trainer, delivering training on Labour Migration Governance in Libya. As a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, Huda has participated in its management to apply its 2020-2025 vision.
